These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") form the sales contract between Arabian Horses International Festivals And Events, a single-member limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Qatar, with share capital of QAR 200,000, registered with the Commercial Registry of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar under number 189235, organiser of the Global Champions Arabian Tour (the "Organiser"), and any natural or legal person (the "Buyer") who places an order for tickets, products or services on the website https://events.billyapp.live (the "Site").

The Organiser and the Buyer are each referred to as a "Party" and together as the "Parties".

Ticketing on the Site is operated by SMOOTH SAS, trading as Billy, a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 912 749 199, whose registered office is at 70 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75003 Paris, France ("Billy"). Billy acts as the technical ticketing provider and collects payment for orders in the name and on behalf of the Organiser under a collection mandate. Billy is not a party to the sales contract between the Organiser and the Buyer.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms set out the obligations of the Parties for the sale of admission tickets to the World Arabian Horse Championship Supreme, held at the Grand Palais, Paris, France, from 25 to 27 November 2026 (the "Event"), and for the sale of the Products and Services defined below.

These Terms apply only to transactions made on the Site.

Article 2 – Tickets, products and services

2.1. Tickets

The Organiser offers on the Site digital admission tickets to the Event (each a "Ticket"), as day tickets and as passes valid for the three days of the Event, in several categories of numbered seats.

Tickets are offered in the following price categories, whose prices are shown on the Site:

• Adult (12+);
• Child (3–11);
• Family (2 adults + up to 2 children under 12), issued as one individual Ticket with its own QR code for each person covered, i.e. up to four (4) Tickets;
• Additional child under 12 with Family ticket;
• Child under 3: free, but an individual Ticket bearing its own QR code is required, to be ordered on the Site and shown at the entrance. This Ticket does not include a seat; the child sits on the lap of the accompanying adult.

Before purchasing, the Buyer is informed through the Site of all essential features of the Event, including its nature, dates, times, venue, and the category and location of the seat.

Tickets are not named. Each Ticket is valid for a single entry; the three-day pass allows one entry per day, subject to the re-entry procedure in Article 5. A Ticket may be transferred to a third party only free of charge, by forwarding the Ticket (PDF or digital wallet). The person receiving it is then bound by these Terms. The Buyer remains responsible for the Tickets they transfer: as each access code is admitted only once, the Organiser accepts no liability if a copied or forwarded Ticket has already been used. Any resale of a Ticket, including at face value and on any platform or marketplace, is prohibited.

Under Article 313-6-2 of the French Criminal Code, the habitual resale of tickets without the Organiser's authorisation is punishable by a fine of 15,000 euros. Any Ticket bought or resold in breach of this rule may be cancelled without refund.

The Buyer may purchase up to six (6) Tickets per order, including free Tickets for children under 3 and each individual Ticket issued under a Family ticket. The Organiser may cancel orders placed to get around this limit, in which case the price paid is refunded.
